There is a request you can make to the Creator of All That Is that aids in protecting you from outside influences. It is a request for 'total personal responsibility within and without.' Most beings with bad intentions toward you do not want to take responsibility for having done things. Thus if they must bear the consequences of their actions, they do not carry them out. Note that this request also makes you responsible for your actions, which is the grown-up more evolved way to act. You will no longer be able to pass the buck.

It is always good to take time every once in a while and see how your life is progressing health wise, supply wise, in your relationships and spiritually. This can be done every couple of months. This is a reminder of the importance of getting together, even in small groups, for spiritual study. It is never easy with our busy schedules, but each time you do it, you will be rewarded with blessings. Then, of course, it is good to give thanks both for the results and for the opportunity to meet and grow together.

We can use those things which upset us to point us towards areas that need spiritual growth. When considering a issue, first determine if it is your issue or someone else's issue that you have taken on, or it can be both. Some issues that come from others include how we respond to our mate, judgments about people or events, and illnesses. It is important to clear these issues when you are experiencing them.
Fred Payne has provided the basis for the following clearing after you identify where is comes from:'This is not my issue. This is the issue of (person's name or 'another').' AND/OR 'This is my issue. I assume full, complete and total personal free responsibility for this issue and all that it is associated with or caused by it throughout all levels of all that I AM that I AM including my core, genetic, historic and soul levels.'

My request after I turned 60 was that I needed to change what I was doing as, if I continued at my present pace, I would not be where I wanted to be when I dropped my body. Each time, as you grow spiritually, you will draw some insight that your consciousness did not pick up the time before. If you do not find a new insight that you find helpful after a few pages, then try a different place or go to a different book. Audio books can also be used this way. See which disc you are drawn to put in and which track seems best to listen to.

It is important to keep growing spiritually. There are many teachings and techniques being offered these days. Each one probably has some useful teaching, but may also have other aspects that are not in your highest and best interest. The best way to protect yourself is to connect to the Creator of All That Is before reading a book or attending a lecture/class. Ask that you only receive that which is in your highest and best interest as deemed only by the Creator. Also ask for discernment that you may know what, if any, of the teachings to use. If dowsing to see about something, always specify 'This is in my highest and best interest as deemed only by the Creator of All That Is.' You can also check the percentage of positive benefit and the percentage of detriment.

There is a tradition that to grow spiritually one has to leave where they are and go somewhere else – the mountains, a desert, to a new city. But often spiritual growth and opportunity can come one's way while doing daily tasks. Use the concept of living in the NOW. This can be done by 'Nabbing the Opportunity Wisely.' Perform your daily tasks with diligence and joy, and they can yield unexpected treasure. It was while trying to send out the 1099s for our business, that I found out about a free lecture by Fred Payne. Now I am a Level VIII Apprentice in his program of Phoenix Vibrational Healing. When we worship or meditate together, the power of the group multiplies the benefit both for us as individuals and also for our community. The largest continual group experiment is currently taking place in Fairfield, Iowa There were over 2,000 people meditating together for most of 2009. It was announced on the news stations that the crime rate in the U.S. for 2009 is the lowest it has been since the 1960's. Usually in a recession, crime goes up. They considered this an interesting anomaly, but we know that it is a reflection of the effect of the large meditation group. All of your spiritual endeavors will get a boost from this large meditating group. Take advantage of it

Last week we talked about the effect of the large group meditating together in Fairfield, Iowa. In the news this week was a report that the number of police officers and firemen killed in 2009 was the lowest it has been since 1959. It is fun to hear the rationalizations of the police departments that crime is going down because of their gang program or some other project. It is good to remember the power of consciousness. Even if most people do not realize from where the benefit is coming, we can take note of the unexplained changes and give a “Thank you!” to those who are contributing their time and finances to this on-going effort.

A dear friend told us about something that she does at the end of her morning spiritual practices. She connects to the Creator of All That Is and then asks, “What do I need to know for today?” Then she pauses and waits for the thought or voice that comes to her. Having tried this technique for the past few days, I can say that it is delightful. The messages vary dramatically in what they are about, ranging from reassuring to humorous to goal oriented. They provide that little nudge about what to notice or do during the day. You might want to keep a dairy by where you usually are when you ask this question so you can keep track of the responses. Leave space to note how your life manifests around them.

In these times of transition for Mother Earth, it is going to be harder and harder to make time for our spiritual practices. Everything will seem to speed up and require your time and attention. Do not be tricked. This is the time when it is crucial to never miss your spiritual practices. When you see events trying to make you skip, this is the time to chuckle and say, 'You can't trick me, I know what is really important and I'm going to do it.'

If you have the desire for knowledge about some subject, then pay attention to every source that information comes to you. It can be such things as a TV program, a magazine article, a book, or a conversation. The universe will provide you with the knowledge you need to continue your growth and expansion in that area. The Bible says, “Ask and you shall receive.” If you do not ask or have the desire, then you will not receive. Fred Payne says, “You can't do something about something that you don't even know exists.” It is important not to discard new ideas outright just because they do not fit your current belief structure. With the phase transition of Mother Earth, many widely held beliefs will start to yield to expanded understanding. Be flexible and open to new beliefs

“When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.” This is a statement from many traditions. But the student must then act and grab onto the opportunity. There are forces that do not want you to evolve that will throw apparent stumbling blocks to your studies. Everything from I don't have the time or money to offering an alternative event that is very attractive at the same time (For me it was the Super Bowl – two different years and two different teachers!). Fred Payne says that if you have an event you want to attend, the best way to stop the conflicts is to make your intention to attend non-negotiable. If your commitment is firm, the conflicts will not only melt away, but events will start to support your intention.

The earth is moving these days through earthquakes and volcanoes. But what can we as individuals do to lessen the effects on those near the movements? Or even better, is there a way to lessen or avert the earth movements? There was a chance to avert the most violent changes in the last few decades, and many have assisted with their spiritual practices. Now the changes are upon us and averting the danger in one place can cause consequences in other places. Only with the greatest of care and wisdom should any attempt be made to change the transitions. Now is the time to be able to alert people in advance of the violent changes. Wisdom can come to us through both traditional and non-traditional sources. Teachers can now use media that was unheard of a century ago to reach their students all over the world. Because soul is not limited in time or space, you can receive great blessings from a teaching via live web cast or even on a DVD. Before we had to travel to be with the teacher. Now the teacher can appear in our own living home at the push of a button. But so can other influences. Take care as to what you allow into your home and business, for it can cause problems as well as having the possibility of bringing in blessings. “It is fun to see how spiritual tools develop over time as they are used. Be open to applying techniques you know in slightly different and expanded ways. For example, first I learned how to dowse for whether something was good or bad for me or someone else. Then I learned to ask for the percentage that it is was good and the percentage of detriment. Today I learned that some jewelry came be a very powerful support for a person – even over 5,000%. Then came the thought that we could check a wide selection of jewelry in groups to see if there was something in that group that was over 5,000% for a particular person. Very quickly it was possible to identify certain pieces that were extremely beneficial for a person.

You have the ability to receive a blessing for ______________________when ever and where ever on all levels from this practice. Do a good job. Thank you, thank you, thank you.'
2) Your Practice: Inviting in the soul of whatever practice you are doing. For example, 'Dear soul song, I love honor and appreciate you. I am very grateful the blessings you bring. Please bring a blessing to my soul, heart, mind, body, genes, epigenome and history for _____________________________ when ever and where ever. I am very grateful. Do a good job. Thank you, thank you, thank you.'
3) Other Recipients: Remember that you can also provide great service by inviting in friends and family, others you are concerned about, and Mother Earth and other aspects of creation expanding out to all universes. For these, use the wording similar to asking for the blessing for yourself, but add the words 'as appropriate as deemed only by the Creator of All That Is.'
4) Spiritual Helpers: You can invite other spiritual beings to assist you. This can include saints, ascended masters, angels and arch angels: 'Dear _____________________ that are appropriate to join me as deemed only by the Creator of All That Is, I love you, honor you and appreciate you. Please assist in these practices and provide a blessing to yourself and to all of those named. If you wish to invite in others to receive a blessing, do so at this time. (pause) We are most grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you.'
5) Your Spiritual Gifts: If you have received downloads and treasures from the Divine or your teachers, then you need to turn them on: 'Dear all my Divine downloads and treasures. I love you, honor you and appreciate you. Please turn on to provide a healing blessing for all of those named. I am most grateful. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.'
